The underboss deserves great grappa and this is it. Grape varieties Ribolla, Moscato, Malvasia and Merlot are carefully selected each vintage. Production depends on the year's harvest and will be curtailed if the vintage is poor. Each variety is distilled separately in copper steam stills using the method created by Nonino's founder. The Grappa is aged for five years in barriques and ex-sherry casks toasted using traditional artisanal methods and housed in Nonino's cellars. 

Is all the stress of being underboss worth it? You'll think so when you sit back and put your nose to the glass. You'll want to hold it there and close your eyes. The complexity of this grappa will not grow old as it perfectly intertwines the floral and fruity fragrances of the original vines with the vanilla, almond and dried fruit from ageing in wood.
