The grappa used is riserva grade, aged for eighteen months in oak barriques before being transferred to previously used bourbon whiskey barrels. The bourbon barrels turn the grappa soft and silky like a fresh bundle of $100 notes. One downside from all this wild-west action, it's only 500ml.
