The Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon marc produces a full bodied grappa that feels great in the mouth. The grappa is distilled in small batches using the steam method which preserves the complexity of this fruit. Sassicaia grappa is then aged for four years in barrique and six months in Sassicaia wine barrels.
This has to be tasted to be believed - vanilla, cocoa and coffee. Might as well skip dessert since this has it all, its not good for you anyway! There is also a hint of liquorice for a satisfying way to end your meal. Sit back and enjoy, this is what your power and wealth as underboss brings you.
