This grappa uses Montepulciano pomace from Marche and then is aged in small oak barrels for five years. All that work behind each sip; not too different from running a family.

The flavour is sweet at first but gives way to red fruit and earthiness with a spicey finish. As the Underboss, you cop a lot of merda, and you deserve the best. Alla salute!
